When you do a movie with Windows Movie Maker, it uses absolute file paths in the project file. If you move the root folder, the project no longer loads. Windows Movie Maker Utility automatically adjusts the file-paths in your movie's project file (.wlmp)

To use it, first move your movie folder and project file where you want them, then drag-drop first the project file and then the root folder onto the window. Now click the button to apply the changes and then save your new project-file.
