*® - Options->Export Song Files is a POWERFUL feature that ®*
*® allows you to create and Export a SwiftMix by burning ®*
*® them on CD/DVD media. When you click Options->Export Song ®*
*® Files, you enter a location where the export directory ®*
*® will be created. Your desktop is the default. All of the ®*
*® songs for both players are copied into a directory named ®*
*® "SwiftMiX." Both play-lists are also exported into the ®*
*® same directory and are named ListA.wpl and ListB.wpl. ®*
*® ®*
*® § Tip: Now run your CD-Burner software and drag-drop the ®*
*® SwiftMiX folder onto it. Burn the CD or DVD. ®*
*® § Tip: Run SwiftMiX. Click PlayerA->Import Playlist. ®*
*® Navigate to the CD-drive with the SwiftMiX CD/DVD in it. ®*
*® Open the SwiftMiX folder and double-click ListA.wpl. The ®*
*® file-list will load. Repeat this for PlayerB. Now click ®*
*® PlayerA->Play to play the mix. You can now just let the ®*
*® mix play or you can modify it on-the-fly. ®*
*® § Tip: Right-Click in a Playlist and click "Size on Disk" ®*
*® to help size a mix to fit on a CD/DVD... normally, you ®*
*® will want to place 1/2 the CD's capacity (typically ®*
*® 350,000KB) on PlayerA and the other half on PlayerB. ®*
*® ®*
*® - Click Options->Remove Duplicates to eliminate duplicate ®*
*® songs from BOTH players. ®*
*® ®*
*® - Right-Click in a Playlist to invert a list or to remove ®*
*® even/odd song-indices from the list. This is useful to ®*
*® shrink a list down. It is also useful for splitting a ®*
*® large list between players. ®*
*® ®*
*® § Tip: Click PlayerA "Add Directories/Subdirectories" and ®*
*® click on your root music directory (Example: My ®*
*® Computer->[CD drive icon]). Click OK to add all the songs ®*
*® in the selected root music directory (the CD-ROM in the ®*
*® example). Now do the same for PlayerB. What is the ®*
*® problem here? You have added every song on the CD-ROM to ®*
*® BOTH players. To fix this, right-click in PlayerA's list ®*
*® and choose "Remove Odd Indices." Right-click in ®*
*® PlayerB's list and choose "Remove Even Indicies." You ®*
*® have just split the songs on the CD between players, and ®*
*® they can be auto-faded! Furthermore, you can now choose ®*
*® PlayerA->Export Playlist then PlayerB->Export Playlist to ®*
*® SAVE your new mix. ®*
